As a parent, watching your child find things difficult can feel isolating and worrying. I am here to help.

What Coaching Offers Your Child

Coaching provides a safe, encouraging space where children and young people can begin to understand themselves better, develop practical coping strategies and build the confidence they need to thrive. My role is to help young people recognise their own strengths, work through obstacles and realise they are capable of far more than they often believe.

Many children experience anxiety, worry or low mood at some point. I help young people understand their emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and develop calmer, more confident responses to the situations that feel overwhelming.

Low confidence can hold children back in so many areas of life. Through engaging, tailored sessions, I support young people in recognising their strengths, building genuine self-belief and approaching new challenges with greater courage and resilience.

School and Social Difficulties

From EBSNA and school-related stress to friendship difficulties and social anxiety, these challenges can have a significant impact on a child's daily life. Together, we explore what lies beneath and develop the skills needed to re-engage and feel more secure.

Emotional Regulation and Behaviour

Some children find it hard to manage anger, frustration or strong emotions. I help young people identify their triggers, understand their responses and develop practical strategies for handling difficult feelings in healthier, more constructive ways.

Mindset and Resilience

Building a positive mindset and the ability to bounce back from setbacks are skills that will serve children throughout their lives. Coaching helps young people shift unhelpful thinking patterns and develop the resilience to face whatever comes their way.

Parental Involvement and Family Support

Parents are a vital part of the process. Where appropriate, I work closely with families to ensure children feel supported both within sessions and at home, giving everyone the tools to move forward together.
